Select your real estate representative
with care. Ask about their experience, education, areas of
specialization, particularly if you are selling an income property or
business. You need to find an agent who will give of their time and
expertise on your behalf, someone you have trust and confidence in.
Numbers of homes sold, dollar volume of sales, in themselves, will not
point you to the ‘right’ agent. Take time to see if
there is a good match.

Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Seniors Real Estate
