- Preparation
of Seller’s Net Sheet, reflecting contract price ,any
customary closing costs, and cost of any repairs agreed to be completed
by the Seller
- Delivery of all Seller disclosures to the Buyer
- Seller’s agent or seller opens escrow and orders Title search for Title Insurance
- Buyer orders any property inspections and reviews information
- Buyer makes application for a loan, unless is a cash sale
- Lender’s Appraiser appraises the property for the buyer’s loan
- Buyer removes all loan contingencies
- Buyer removes all property condition contingencies
- Seller makes any agreed to repairs
- Seller arranges for moving
- Seller’s agent oversees all contract matters and reports to Seller regularly
- Seller’s agent or seller make arrangements for ‘sign-off’ and close
of escrow
